Use of the App

CalmNight is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Subscriptions & Payments

CalmNight may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store settings. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

Content

All audio content in CalmNight is licensed for use within the app only. You may not record, extract, or redistribute any sounds from the app.

Disclaimer

CalmNight is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any sleep disorder or health condition. Use at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmNight and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
